At MaisonQ Studio, we deeply value client satisfaction. If you're not happy with your experience, we want to make it right. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are handled for our services.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 100% refund within 14 days of your first purchase-no questions asked.

  • Applies to first-time clients only.
  • Refunds will be issued in full if less than 8 hours of work have been utilized.
  • After 14 days or once substantial work has begun, standard cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Hourly Packages

  • Clients can cancel any unused hours within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • After 7 days or if some hours are already used, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused balance.

Project-Based Engagements

  • Project cancellations are allowed before the start of work.
  • If work has already started, charges will apply for the time spent up to the cancellation request.

Return or Exchange Policy (Service Packages)

  • Validity Period: Prepaid service hours are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused hours after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Clients may switch to a different service package or adjust the scope within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability and agreement.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund, cancellation, or exchange contact us and include your name and email, date of purchase and reason for your request (optional under the 14-day guarantee).

We'll respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
  • For international transactions, additional bank processing time may apply.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available for work that has been completed and delivered.
  • Long-term retainers or custom agreements may include separate terms, defined in the contract.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse or policy violations.
